I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the spa which included three saunas and a rooftop infinity pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed and very clean.

The five-course dinner each night was a delight, with something for every taste, and the wine selection was excellent. The newly renovated wellness area was impressive, with three saunas, relax zones, and even a rooftop infinity pool. Daily use of these facilities, along with complimentary bathrobe and slippers, made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic and rejuvenating experience.

Location was great, close to the lake and central for my business meetings. The breakfast was enough and well-presented, with fresh fruit and pastries. The spa facilities were the best aspects, clean and sleek design.

The staff was not friendly and not very accommodating to my requests. The room was small and outdated with uncomfortable furniture.

During our Easter break, we had a lovely stay at a hotel in the Italian Alps. The food was delicious and the spa was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and nearby villages. Another advantage was the helpful staff, who kindly provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

We had an unpleasant experience with the room service during our stay. The staff forgot to clean our room on our second day, despite our request, and didn't provide us with fresh towels until we asked for them twice.
